Pets

Rosevean Veterinary Practice has been providing veterinary care for the small animal (pet) population of West Penwith for over 100 years.

Over the last century Rosevean House has witnessed many changes, as well as huge advances in veterinary knowledge and practice.

Today’s team of committed and compassionate vets and nurses are proud to be continuing the tradition of providing first rate veterinary care to the local community and their pets.

Veterinary care is provided by our team of 12 vets, with a combined experience of over 90 years in practice. However, with David and Paul working exclusively in the small animal sector of the practice, ably supported by our dedicated team of eight nurses, we are able to provide continuity of care for your animals and ensure that you always see a friendly and familiar face when you visit.

At Rosevean Veterinary Practice we are proud to provide our own out of hours emergency service. This means that in the case of an emergency outside normal surgery opening hours you will be seen by one of our own vets here at the surgery in Rosevean House, providing familiarity and convenience for both you and your pet at what can be a stressful time.       Should it be necessary for your pet to be hospitalised overnight at the surgery we have staff on site 24 hours a day providing round the clock care for our in patients.

Following an extensive refurbishment of the practice, including updating the waiting and consulting rooms, the construction of a purpose-built surgical suite and modernisation of our in-house laboratory we believe we have the best facilities in the area.
