Please be aware that we require 48 hours’ notice to prepare your prescription/food  (not including weekends). 

If the product you desire needs more time to be ordered or there are any problems, we will endeavour to ring you as soon as possible on the contact number(s) provided.

Please also note, we need to have clinically assessed your Pet recently to able to dispense repeat medications. The frequency of clinical assessments varies depending on the condition being treated but is normally every three months.
